Silver Spring Stage 2017-2018 Season

This was a pro bono project for the Silver Spring Stage community theater in Silver Spring, MD (www.ssstage.org). After the huge success of the last two season's graphics, I'm happy to say that SSS asked me once again to design the graphics for their 50th anniversary season. They provided me with the titles of each show for the season and all the copy that had to be included on each poster/graphic. From there I had complete creative freedom to design pretty much whatever I liked. I researched each show and read as many of them as I could, while collecting inspiration along the way. 

 

I decided to go in a slightly different direction aesthetically that had previously. I still wanted to create a cohesive look for the entire season, but I really wanted to play with photography and gradients this year. This is my personal favorite of the three seasons I have done so far. The clients love the final products as did the directors, casts, an audiences. Each of these posters also had various social media, online promotion, and other versions that were created. I'm happy to provide those upon request.
